Tyler Ritter, Director, Professional & Continuing Education

Digital & Lifelong Learning’s Director of Professional & Continuing Education provides administrative oversight for all noncredit programs and program administration services. Tyler has been at UNC-Chapel Hill for over 17 years, with previous positions as chief operating officer of the Carolina Office for Online Learning, and director of marketing. Prior to joining the University, Tyler held senior leadership positions in several advertising agencies. She holds an MA in Digital Communication and a master’s certificate in Communication and Technology from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a BA in Communication Studies from UNC-Greensboro.
